Once you have learned that you have got an sickness like cancer or coronary disease, it can be difficult on you mentally and emotionally. At this time, you want to take control of your disease. When you're feeling like giving up, you only permit the disease to assume control of your life. Remember you have people who care about you, and when you give up you throw in the towel on them too.

If you don't wish to go out and be around your chums then why not get a cheap motorbike as a chum they will help you though this as well they're going to walk with you and play with you and be your best friend though all this.
